Description

Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking channels.
Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain applicant tracking system records and recruitment databases.
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Provide consultative recruitment support to internal stakeholders.
Report on recruitment metrics and hiring progress regularly.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment across US time zones.
