Description

  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking channels.
  • Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system records and recruitment databases.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Provide consultative recruitment support to internal stakeholders.
  • Report on recruitment metrics and hiring progress regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment across US time zones.
