Description

  • Conduct one-on-one onboarding and training sessions with RBTs.
  • Train RBTs on company systems, processes, session note requirements, and ABA operational procedures.
  • Guide therapists through software usage and workflow expectations.
  • Answer questions related to processes, documentation, and operational workflows.
  • Support RBTs during onboarding and early-stage integration.
  • Act as a professional and supportive point of contact for therapists.
  • Assist in maintaining training materials, guides, and onboarding documentation.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and ensure completion of required training milestones.
  • Identify areas where additional coaching or support may be needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to improve onboarding and training processes.
  • Support therapist engagement, retention, and successful integration into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, onboarding progress, and therapist communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred.
  • Previous experience as an RBT, ABA Trainer, ABA Supervisor, Clinical Support Specialist, or in a related ABA role is preferred.
  • Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or onboarding staff is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA terminology, documentation requirements, and operational workflows is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with therapists and team members.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Patient, supportive, and professional approach to training and coaching.
  • Ability to explain processes and systems clearly to individuals with varying levels of experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Comfortable learning and navigating new systems and software platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
