Description

  • Design tailored change management strategies for complex AI and Workspace transformations using structured methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and conduct change impact analyses to identify risks, gaps, and adoption opportunities.
  • Define target outcomes, success metrics, and KPIs to measure adoption progress and organizational health.
  • Document policy and process changes created by integrating AI into daily operating rhythms.
  • Coach senior leaders and executive sponsors on visible change leadership and stakeholder alignment.
  • Anticipate and manage resistance to AI adoption with targeted mitigation strategies for high-risk groups.
  • Build and activate change champion networks to support peer-to-peer adoption at scale.
  • Develop persona-based learning journeys, role-based training programs, and change communications.
  • Create enablement assets such as leader toolkits, prompt libraries, and workshop materials using Google Workspace tools.
  • Design and lead kickoff sessions, design-thinking workshops, pilot programs, and sustainment activities to drive long-term adoption.
  • Generate weekly usage, adoption, and reporting updates for project stakeholders and client leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in organizational change management or management consulting focused on enterprise-scale technology programs.
  • Proven proficiency with change management frameworks; Prosci (ADKAR) certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption programs such as Google Workspace, Google Cloud, or equivalent platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to craft narratives and present to audiences ranging from end users to C-suite executives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing across complex organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI adoption, such as Gemini for Google Workspace or Vertex AI, is preferred.
  • Prior experience at a Google Cloud Premier Partner or technology consulting firm is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical workstreams, including engineers and data scientists, to translate technical change into human-centered action.
  • Experience building adoption dashboards and reporting metrics to leadership is preferred.
  • Extensive experience running dynamic strategy workshops in person and with tools like Miro or Mural is preferred.
