  • Track orders and follow up to support timely delivery.
  • Source specific products based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare and provide customer quotes as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and communications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Confident in handling customer interactions.
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Basic technical proficiency with standard office software and systems.
  • Availability to work U.S. hours (9am-5pm EST).
  • Full-time, remote work capability.
