Description

  • Provide complex and proactive calendar support for multiple leaders.
  • Advise leaders on time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and manage all related details.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of leaders.
  • Support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the business function.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of previous administrative experience.
  • Business proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational skills with superb attention to detail and the ability to execute effectively.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to quickly shift tasks and priorities as needed.
  • Ability to work across multiple roles and teams in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient approach to work.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure or ambiguity.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with care and confidence.
  • Ability to anticipate and respond to others’ needs before they arise.
  • Experience with Google Suite (preferred).
  • Experience supporting multiple complex calendars (preferred).
  • Experience booking and managing domestic and international travel arrangements (preferred).
  • Experience with expense reporting (preferred).
