Description

  • Manage incoming referrals and collect, verify, and organize client information to begin the intake process.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for referral sources and maintain professional relationships.
  • Communicate with families about referral status, intake steps, and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate referral and intake records in company databases and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to schedule and onboard new clients.
  • Identify ways to improve referral and intake workflows for greater efficiency.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on referral trends and intake metrics with management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in referral coordination, intake management, or healthcare administration is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and administrative software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Experience in behavioral health or ABA services is an advantage.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
  • Remote work from South Africa while supporting U.S. hours.
