Description

  • Monitor, track, and move parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next work center.
  • Coordinate the physical movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, production resources, and other work centers.
  • Ensure parts are handled, protected, and processed according to company specifications.
  • Coordinate off-site processing of parts to support on-time delivery requirements.
  • Support manufacturing, production, supply chain, and inventory teams in cross-functional operations.
  • Maintain accurate MRP/ERP/MES data and help resolve inventory inaccuracies.
  • Work with production managers to complete metrics-driven action items.
  • Develop and maintain reports on needs, deliverables, constraints, and part status for internal and customer use.
  • Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Support logistics, material certifications, return-to-stock actions, inventory purges, and work order management activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, shipping, or logistics environment.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting administrative processes.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems such as Netsuite, Oracle, or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with the full suite of Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with Tableau, Confluence, SQL, or other reporting tools/features.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • 2+ years of experience handling parts in a manufacturing setting (preferred).
  • Experience organizing files and documents (preferred).
  • Inventory experience (preferred).
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments (preferred).
  • APICS certification (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles (preferred).
  • Ability to lift and move items of 20 pounds or more regularly and perform frequent physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and stooping.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

  • Hourly pay range of $25-$38 for Production Coordinator Level 2.
  • Hourly pay range of $29-$43 for Production Coordinator Level 3.
