Description

  • Support end-to-end project coordination across marketing initiatives, including timeline management, task tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, route deliverables, and keep projects on track in Workfront.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including social, creative, events, tech, ESG, and awards.
  • Help drive adoption of new processes and workflows as the team evolves its project management approach.
  • Take meeting notes, capture action items, and support team organization and communication.
  • Assist with content-related workflow support for social posts and other marketing deliverables.
  • Coordinate resources and support day-to-day team operations across internal stakeholders and capability areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in healthcare marketing and communications.
  • Basic understanding of marketing channels such as social, digital, and email.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across diverse teams.
  • Internship or early experience in project coordination, marketing, or agency environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront is preferred.
  • Ability to work within the company’s hybrid/office expectations for employees near an office location.
