Description

  • Manage the full client intake process during nightshift hours and keep communication efficient and seamless.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new client inquiries received overnight and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Collect, review, and organize client documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate service initiation, including scheduling and internal communication during night hours.
  • Support recruitment activities by sourcing, screening, coordinating candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires remotely.
  • Maintain and update client and candidate records in systems such as Monday.com.
  • Track intake and recruitment workflows to ensure timely follow-ups and process completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across time zones to meet staffing and client needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in intake coordination, recruitment, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or ABA field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote overnight work.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a nightshift environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or a similar CRM/project management tool is preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence.
  • Adaptability to a nightshift schedule and comfort working across time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving and administrative capabilities.
