Description

  • Review RBT session notes and clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Monitor submissions and follow up on missing, incorrect, or outstanding documentation.
  • Identify recurring errors and inconsistencies, escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain quality trackers, records, deadlines, and compliance documentation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of quality assurance procedures.
  • Onboard new RBTs and explain documentation requirements and internal processes.
  • Train team members on relevant software and provide ongoing systems support.
  • Communicate documentation expectations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues and support daily operations.
  • Assist with occasional HR-related and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, documentation review, onboarding, training, or a similar coordination role.
  • Healthcare experience preferred; healthcare quality assurance experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, patient, and organised approach to following up with team members.
  • Comfort with repetitive, detail-heavy work requiring accuracy and consistency.
  • Confidence using computer systems and learning new software platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple follow-ups and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to support responsibilities outside the primary role scope when needed.
