Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for families and RBTs during active services.
  • Coordinate scheduling changes, call-outs, cancellations, and other day-to-day operational issues.
  • Communicate proactively with parents, caregivers, and staff to address concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, Recruiting, Scheduling, Billing, and Authorizations teams to keep cases running smoothly.
  • Order client materials and manage spending within assigned client budgets.
  • Provide first-line support for CentralReach questions and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Escalate system problems when needed and follow through until resolution.
  • Monitor active cases for risks to client or staff retention and implement proactive solutions.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date case documentation and records.
  • Build strong relationships with families and staff while delivering high-quality customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in ABA, healthcare, case management, client services, care coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High level of organization with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned cases.
  • Experience providing high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours from South Africa (9 AM to 5 PM EST).
