Description

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination for open roles.
  • Execute outbound sourcing strategies on LinkedIn, GitHub, and other technical platforms to identify passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain long-term pipelines for high-priority technical and sales roles across the company.
  • Represent RevStar at industry events, tech meetups, and career fairs to support employer branding and talent attraction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensure a high-quality interview experience.
  • Source specialized talent for AWS-based Data & AI roles, including candidates familiar with Bedrock, SageMaker, and AWS co-sell/channel environments.
  • Recruit Full-Stack Mobile/Web Developers and Product Managers for the product development practice.
  • Focus hiring efforts on US-based talent in Florida, Texas, and Arizona.
  • Partner with executive leadership, HR, and practice leads to define requirements, build ideal candidate profiles, and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Use hiring data and funnel metrics to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire while managing recruitment operations at scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with heavy emphasis on technical and product roles in consulting or professional services.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions and deliver 5+ hires per week.
  • Experience hiring across AWS-native Data & AI roles and JavaScript-based full-stack web/mobile roles.
  • Expert-level sourcing experience using LinkedIn, GitHub, and Apollo.
  • Experience managing an ATS, specifically Workable, and maintaining a data-driven pipeline.
  • Experience handling hiring logistics and documentation, including interview scorecards and offer letters.
  • Preferred knowledge of the Canadian, South American, and EMEA offshore tech talent markets.
  • Interest in AI-enabled recruitment workflows and lean execution strategies.
