Description

  • Meet with clients onsite and online to define product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Deliver PRDs with prioritized features, capabilities, requirements, and user stories.
  • Understand user needs and represent them throughout product planning and delivery.
  • Align stakeholders around the product vision and communicate product direction.
  • Perform product demos for customers and manage delivery updates and expectations.
  • Transition projects from analysis into development and remove blockers to keep work moving.
  • Create shared context for larger teams to support independent decision-making.
  • Guide both clients and development teams through product decisions and execution.
  • Assist with project operations, including timesheets, Azure DevOps organization, and policy compliance.
  • Use v0 and AI-powered tools to support wireframing, prototyping, and workflow improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting.
  • Client-facing or consulting experience.
  • Full lifecycle development experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of MVP principles and feature prioritization based on impact and value.
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with AWS is preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare platforms and HIPAA security standards is preferred.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or other project management tools is preferred.
  • Experience with GitHub is preferred.
