Description

  • Serve as the primary product, industry, and technical expert for the sales team and clients.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover business and technical requirements and translate them into multi-product solution blueprints (including partner solutions when needed).
  • Architect, validate, and present complex, custom platform solutions and technical architectures to technical and executive audiences (including C-level).
  • Deliver high-quality product demos with clear objectives, success criteria, and scope control to position Revinate solutions.
  • Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and Infosec questionnaires and maintain a repository of current product knowledge and technical FAQs (availability, disaster recovery, PCI, etc.).
  • Draft and present business-case data for client-requested product enhancements and communicate impact to Product Management.
  • Consult with Product Management and Product Marketing early in the sales cycle on one-off opportunities and help ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Act as a key account strategist by referencing past solution approaches to support new partnerships and eliminate sales obstacles.
  • Support onboarding and product training for new sales reps and solution engineers, and represent Revinate at conferences, trade shows, and client presentations as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Architecture (preferably in SaaS, MarTech, Contact Center, or Revenue Management platforms).
  • Must reside in Poland or Romania and be able to travel to support business development activities (conferences, trade shows, client presentations).
  • Expert-level hospitality domain knowledge preferred, including PMS, CRS, CRM, booking engines, data warehouse structures, Call Center Technology, and API standards (e.g., HTNG).
  • Demonstrated mastery of RESTful APIs, webhooks, SSO (SAML/OAuth), data security concepts (PCI/GDPR), and cloud infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to architect, troubleshoot, and defend complex technical solutions to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience responding to RFIs/RFPs and preparing technical/infosec documentation for prospective customers.
  • Consultative problem-solver who is organized, analytical, and able to remove sales obstacles with creative approaches.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with Product Management/Product Marketing, and contributing to standardized processes and best practices.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of strong performance and the ability to demonstrate, communicate, and document product value propositions.
  • Willingness to operate in a fast-growing technical organization and compete as part of a sales organization while managing project budgets, timelines, and scopes.
