Description

  • Develop and manage core use case messaging, positioning, and key product marketing collateral.
  • Lead the product marketing team as a player-coach, balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Facilitate executive alignment on value proposition, positioning, and key messaging.
  • Build cross-functional processes supporting new product introduction, solution messaging, sales enablement, campaign development, demand generation, and sales support.
  • Champion and govern the use of AI tools in product marketing workflows to improve productivity while protecting brand voice and technical accuracy.
  • Manage the product launch process and serve as an evangelist for new product capabilities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, product use cases, and buying behavior to inform campaigns and strategy.
  • Own competitive intelligence and adjust messaging and collateral to maintain differentiation.
  • Develop and curate marketing and sales assets such as presentations, videos, demos, solution maps, white papers, and data sheets.
  • Work with demand generation, creative, content marketing, field marketing, channel marketing, sales enablement, sales, executives, customer references, and analysts to advance market awareness and credibility.
  • Define KPIs and use data to measure product marketing effectiveness and optimize strategy.
  • Expand the industry analyst program to improve ReversingLabs’ inclusion in research and reports.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience in cybersecurity, preferably in software supply chain security or threat intelligence.
  • Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing product marketing team.
  • Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to position them accurately in the market.
  • Track record of building new categories or pivoting existing categories.
  • Deep understanding of the security market and competitive landscape.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for translating complex technology into clear messaging and presentations.
  • Experience evangelizing products and speaking at conferences and webinars.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with analyst relations.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring results and informing strategy.
  • Based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the year.
  • PE- or VC-backed startup experience is a plus.
