Description

  • Create, develop, and manage joint business plans with assigned strategic partners.
  • Establish and maintain deep relationships with key partner stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Serve as an advocate for ReversingLabs within partner ecosystems and for partners within ReversingLabs.
  • Collaborate with channel sales directors and regional sales directors to develop business objectives, action plans, and strategic sales opportunities.
  • Drive new channel relationships into Regional Channel Manager territories and identify partners within targeted account lists.
  • Identify key initiatives, targeted sellers, and supporting marketing and technology activities.
  • Assist with and monitor execution of field plan activities and partner onboarding programs.
  • Provide monthly KPI reports to strategic partners and channel stakeholders.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to assess pipeline, sales performance, revenue trends, and plan enhancements.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve performance, increase ease of doing business, and drive profitable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Enterprise channel sales experience with proven strategic channel relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in channel sales with a track record of exceptional achievement.
  • Experience managing large, visible, and demanding customer accounts in a complex sales environment.
  • A disciplined, customer-centric sales process.
  • Self-starter with a motivated, committed, responsive, and proactive approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and innovation skills with the ability to anticipate and navigate obstacles.
  • Strong domain knowledge, a proven track record of success, and a customer-focused, collaborative style.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with channel, regional sales, and marketing teams.
  • Preferred experience supporting recruitment initiatives in underdeveloped markets.
  • Preferred experience developing onboarding programs and strategies for strategic sellers.
