Description

Own full-stack features from discovery through production support across the analytics platform.
Partner with product managers to translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped software decisions.
Design and scale data systems that handle large, messy datasets across AWS and the company data lake.
Build AI/ML- and LLM-powered product features from prototyping through evaluation, monitoring, and production operation.
Set technical direction and deliver reliable, production-grade software across the Python back end and Angular front end.
Mentor engineers through pairing, code review, and day-to-day craftsmanship.
Collaborate closely with product, science, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features.

Requirements

7+ years of experience shipping production full-stack software, ideally in a SaaS or multi-tenant environment.
Strong computer science fundamentals and fluency in a core language, with Python preferred.
Deep experience with large datasets, including strong SQL skills and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Redshift.
Experience with AWS data lake technologies such as S3, Athena, and Lambda.
Front-end development experience with Angular or similar frameworks, with ability to own features end to end.
AI/ML and LLM fluency, including building AI-powered product features.
Demonstrated use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to improve delivery and quality.
Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.
Preferred: a track record of making large-data systems materially faster or cheaper with measurable impact.
Preferred: strong system design judgment with distributed systems at scale.
Preferred: hospitality technology experience or a background in revenue management, pricing, or forecasting.
