Description

  • Lead and manage a team of approximately four pricing analysts, providing direction, structure, and day-to-day oversight.
  • Coordinate priorities, streamline pricing workflows, and ensure the department operates efficiently.
  • Develop a working understanding of pricing strategy, margin management, and ecommerce pricing trends.
  • Oversee MAP policy compliance across digital channels and identify potential competitor violations.
  • Interpret MAP policy language and assess compliance boundaries with a detail-oriented, analytical approach.
  • Communicate pricing findings and issues clearly with internal stakeholders, MAP administrators, and vendors.
  • Review team output for accuracy, escalate issues when needed, and maintain high standards for data integrity.
  • Monitor competitor behavior and industry pricing trends, and brief leadership on relevant developments.
  • Support the creation of internal pricing documentation, SOPs, and reporting processes.
  • Manage product pricing, analyze margins and profitability, and support pricing optimization initiatives using data and AI tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in team leadership, operations management, pricing coordination, or a related role.
  • Experience managing small teams is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and structured workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret pricing data at a high level.
  • Experience working with large data sets or data-heavy operations is a plus.
  • Background in law, compliance, contract analysis, or technical writing is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies and competitor violation review is preferred.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as NetSuite, Shopify, or Magento is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reviewing and managing reports.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Pre-Law, English, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be able to overlap at least 50% of working hours with US Eastern Standard Time.
  • Must be comfortable working fully remote.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and learn the commercial kitchen equipment industry.
