Description

  • Manage contractors and direct installation energy efficiency projects.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, including quality control, client communications, scheduling, and support from technical staff.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and accurately to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
  • Work with stakeholders to determine project eligibility, scheduling, and potential energy savings.
  • Manage timely delivery of technical reports.
  • Travel to off-site locations to conduct on-site inspections.
  • Analyze utility data to assess energy performance parameters and eligibility.
  • Review technical reports, cost estimates, and energy-saving calculations.
  • Support customer engagement with building owners and service providers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) is required, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of project coordination experience, including internships, or similar experience in the energy efficiency industry.
  • BPI, PMP, or CEM certification is a plus.
  • Working knowledge and field knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Experience in financial analysis of various energy projects.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects successfully and work with technical staff.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with frequent contact with clients and engineers.
  • Ability to work autonomously with little oversight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and analyze energy efficiency data to a multi-layered audience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work accurately within budget.
  • Interest in sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact.
  • Familiarity with the energy efficiency industry, preferably small business projects.
