Description

  • Administer, configure, and automate Salesforce Sales Cloud using Flow, including access, security, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, roles, and licenses.
  • Refactor legacy Salesforce automation and address technical debt to improve the health and maintainability of the organization.
  • Maintain, extend, and troubleshoot connected systems including Power BI, ChurnZero, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, DocuSign, Pardot, and Datorama.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to identify underlying business needs and design appropriate solutions.
  • Own system enhancement and integration projects end-to-end, including scoping, prioritization, development, testing, rollout, and documentation.
  • Translate business requirements for technical partners and explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain data integrity, data quality, system documentation, and reliable data flows across connected platforms.
  • Provide day-to-day support while dedicating approximately 80% of time to project work.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience in a growing organization.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation.
  • Experience supporting business systems beyond Salesforce, including reporting, sales engagement, e-signature, marketing, or data platforms.
  • Experience independently owning a business systems function and determining when to resolve or escalate issues.
  • Strong project management skills, including scoping, sequencing, and delivering multi-step initiatives without a dedicated project manager.
  • Ability to structure loosely defined problems and develop appropriately scaled solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Salesforce CPQ experience is preferred; willingness to learn CPQ is supported.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau, SQL, Git or other version control, Pardot, Datorama, Accounting Seed, Jira, or Confluence is preferred.
  • Experience working at a smaller or mid-sized company in a broad, stack-ownership role is preferred.
