Description

  • Configure Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts for sales, partnership, and customer success teams.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators across departments on the platform roadmap, release cadence, technical debt, upgrades, and sandbox refreshes.
  • Maintain Salesforce integrations with ERP, marketing automation, and billing platforms.
  • Own internal applications and Claude Code agents from deployment through retirement, including their skills, prompts, connectors, access rules, and documentation.
  • Govern AI access by auditing permissions and monitoring usage, costs, and output quality.
  • Create trusted reports and dashboards for sales, partnerships, customer success, and finance.
  • Train users, publish self-service documentation, and maintain operational runbooks.
  • Travel up to 10% for team on-sites and select company events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years administering Salesforce in a business-critical production environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce flows, permission architecture, data models, and sandbox release management.
  • Hands-on experience building or managing applications with an agentic AI development tool; Claude Code experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate business requests into scoped, documented technical work.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, finance, and customer success teams.
  • Clear written communication for technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work remotely from a US-based location with reliable connectivity and a professional workspace.
  • Able to sit at a desk for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Advanced Salesforce certification, SaaS or workforce management experience, Model Context Protocol familiarity, and ERP or billing integration experience are preferred.
