Description

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across multiple products and customer profiles.
  • Create and maintain Product Messaging Briefs, ICP definitions, and buyer personas.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and differentiated narratives.
  • Lead the end-to-end go-to-market process from discovery and positioning through launch planning, execution, and post-launch measurement.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on launches for new products, features, and improvements.
  • Develop Product Marketing and Launch Briefs and coordinate launch assets across web, content, marketing, pre-sales, and support teams.
  • Design and scale inbound and product-led growth strategies with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Define activation moments, onboarding messages, upgrade paths, and expansion narratives.
  • Optimize product-led journeys from first contact through activation, conversion, and expansion.
  • Work with Sales and Pre-sales on enablement, competitive insights, deal acceleration, and case studies.
  • Align with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Define success metrics and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to improve messaging and GTM performance.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven experience leading and executing go-to-market strategy, including market segmentation, ICP definition, positioning, pricing inputs, and launch planning.
  • Hands-on experience across the full GTM cycle, from Product Messaging Briefs and value propositions to launch execution and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Experience designing and scaling inbound and product-led growth strategies aligned with broader GTM strategy.
  • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Marketing.
