Description

  • Deliver product-agnostic AI professional learning for educators, school leaders, and district teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and implementation meetings that help schools integrate AI into instructional practice.
  • Customize and deliver virtual and onsite learning experiences based on client needs.
  • Guide discussions during professional learning sessions and adjust delivery in response to customer needs.
  • Support customers remotely and onsite by monitoring progress, identifying next steps, and providing ongoing guidance.
  • Advise educators on responsible and effective use of AI in teaching and learning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams through clear communication and alignment.
  • Analyze client feedback, engagement data, and key metrics to improve facilitation and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including training logs, planning notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Continue professional learning to stay current on AI, instructional best practices, facilitation, and policy guidance.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in AI use cases in K–12 education, including instructional, operational, and student-centered applications.
  • Strong understanding of AI ethics, safety, governance, and guardrails.
  • Experience designing and facilitating professional learning for adult learners.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to tailor content for varied educator audiences and facilitate effectively both virtually and in person.
  • Familiarity with common AI tools and the ability to teach them in a tool-agnostic way.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office or similar tools and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Preferred: experience working in a SaaS company.
  • Preferred: experience working in or with K–12 school districts.
  • Preferred: background in instructional technology, curriculum design, coaching, or school leadership.
  • Preferred: understanding of data-privacy requirements such as COPPA and FERPA as they relate to AI adoption.
  • Preferred: prior experience designing or delivering AI-focused training for educators.
  • Preferred: bilingual proficiency, with Spanish preferred.
  • Preferred: experience using Renaissance solutions in the classroom.
  • Foundational understanding of how AI works and its implications for teaching, learning, and school operations.
  • Ability to model safe, ethical, and responsible AI use in all settings.
  • Experience designing or delivering training that supports educator fluency in emerging technologies.
  • Must be available for onboarding and internal learning.
  • Must maintain a flexible schedule of up to 20 hours per week during non-peak season and up to 40 hours per week during peak season (July-Oct).
  • Must be consistently available for scheduled training engagements during standard school or business hours.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Benefits

  • Hourly compensation of $50/hr for delivering professional learning and preparing for sessions.
  • Hourly compensation of $25/hr for internal meetings and $20/hr for travel.
  • Travel-related work expenses are reimbursed within 2-3 weeks of submission.
  • Remote and onsite work opportunities with travel as needed.
