Description

  • Learn multiple Renaissance solutions to support client needs.
  • Customize and deliver on-site and virtual product training and professional learning.
  • Differentiate training in real time to maintain engagement and meet learning goals.
  • Prepare for training engagements by collaborating with internal team members and tailoring materials within set parameters.
  • Learn about each client’s needs and goals before training sessions.
  • Document and submit detailed training notes after engagements.
  • Present a professional image to customers.
  • Follow Renaissance processes for preparation, delivery, and post-session facilitation.
  • Participate in reflection, feedback, and coaching cycles to support continuous improvement.
  • Support educators with implementation of Renaissance solutions, assessment practices, and data practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience facilitating or delivering professional development preferred.
  • Prior experience in K–12 education preferred.
  • Experience with educational technology and familiarity with Renaissance products and solutions preferred.
  • Experience delivering training in both in-person and virtual formats, including webinars, preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Deep understanding of engaging adult learning principles.
  • Ability to learn and use new tools and technologies quickly.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently on tasks, projects, and learning sessions.
  • Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel and arrange lodging and transportation.
  • Availability to facilitate up to 40 hours per week during peak season and up to 20 hours per week during non-peak season.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% during peak season (July–October).
  • Must be available during scheduled training engagements that may occur during standard school or business hours.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Benefits

  • Hourly compensation of $50/hr for delivering professional learning and preparing for sessions.
  • Hourly compensation of $25/hr for internal meetings.
  • Hourly compensation of $20/hr for travel time.
  • Reimbursement for approved travel and related expenses.
