Description

  • Own the technical relationship across the full customer journey, including pre-signature and post-signature work.
  • Lead discovery, architecture reviews, security reviews, proofs of value, and technical decision conversations.
  • Design customer-specific workflows and architectures that fit real-world environments and constraints.
  • Build first working versions of workflows, custom steps, and integrations for customer systems.
  • Work with customers’ GitHub or GitLab, Jira or Linear, Slack, and CI environments.
  • Translate customer feedback into structured input for product and engineering roadmaps.
  • Turn each deployment into reusable patterns, reference architectures, and workflow templates.
  • Handle security questionnaires, compliance questions, RFP inputs, workshops, and executive briefings.
  • Expand accounts by extending from the first workflow to additional workflows across new and existing customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in technical roles, with substantial customer-facing architecture experience.
  • Experience in solutions architecture, principal or lead pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, professional services, or founding engineer work with design partners.
  • Hands-on coding ability and comfort being productive in an unfamiliar codebase and CI setup within a few days.
  • Comfortable in at least one of these ecosystems: PHP and Symfony, JavaScript and TypeScript, Python, or Go.
  • Strong fluency in Git workflows, CI/CD, testing strategy, code review practice, and release management.
  • Experience with containers, environments, secrets handling, cloud primitives, and production systems.
  • Built with AI agents, including multi-step agentic workflows, tool and MCP integration, context engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Working understanding of governance, audit, and cost control in agentic systems.
  • Strong ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working across time zones; product, engineering, and many customers are in Europe.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada or the US; visa sponsorship is not provided.
  • All roles require background checks.
