Description

  • Own qualified sales opportunities generated by the Growth team.
  • Respond promptly to interested prospects and guide them through the sales process.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer goals, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Position AI workflows, AI agents, automation solutions, and custom software services based on customer needs.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial recommendations.
  • Lead negotiations and close new business.
  • Manage customer relationships after the sale, including renewals, upsells, and account growth.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and successful customer outcomes.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM and a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Continuously improve the sales process through experimentation, messaging refinement, and conversion optimization.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience selling AI workflows, AI agents, automation services, custom software development, AI consulting, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience using modern CRM and sales tools.
  • Experience selling AI-powered solutions to mid-market or enterprise businesses (preferred).
  • Familiarity with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, n8n, Make, Zapier, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI ecosystems (preferred).
  • Previous startup experience (preferred).
  • Availability for a 3-month part-time contract of approximately 20 hours per week, with potential for full-time hire.
