Description

  • Support Remote’s talent scaling needs, especially for Product, Design, and Engineering hiring.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to help the team succeed.
  • Own the end-to-end hiring and candidate experience.
  • Continuously improve the time from first recruiter call to offer.
  • Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics and progress to business leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Advocate for Remote’s remote-working culture and values throughout the candidate experience.
  • Proactively improve and scale recruiting strategy through creative process changes.
  • Partner with the Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Share best practices and develop subject-matter expertise in the role.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment at a tech start-up or fast-growing scale-up organization.
  • Previous recruiting experience for Product, Design, and/or Engineering roles is preferred.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of applications while maintaining quality and a diverse hiring pipeline.
  • Strong track record in a fast-paced hiring environment with a focus on deliverables.
  • Passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Alignment with Remote’s values and a strong interest in hiring talent that matches those values.
  • Intentional approach to diversity and inclusion, including hiring in locations where Remote has not hired before.
  • Experience using and optimizing a Talent Acquisition stack such as Greenhouse, BrightHire, or GoodTime.
  • Willingness to adopt new tools and technologies, including AI-powered recruiting tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience working in a global recruiting environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
