Description

  • Own demand signals, packaging, and pricing to make Remote Build services repeatable and profitable.
  • Drive fast, fixed-fee deployment of standard integrations and existing connectors.
  • Build and productize custom integrations, deciding which one-off connectors should become reusable capabilities.
  • Develop custom apps and agents with customers on Remote’s APIs, MCP, and CLI, and codify reusable patterns such as reference architectures and starter kits.
  • Productize managed services by creating reusable processes, customer-facing surfaces, and tooling that scale delivery efficiently.
  • Own the handoff from delivery into steady-state managed services operations.
  • Partner with product, platform, GTM, customer success, and Remote Build leadership to ensure engagements succeed commercially and technically.
  • Translate customer engagements into actionable feedback for platform and feature teams to inform what to add, fix, and productize.
  • Shape the broader Build offering by determining what remains bespoke versus what becomes a long-term Remote-owned capability.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience as a Product Manager with a track record on platform, API, or developer-facing products.
  • Experience launching a new product line or business from scratch in a 0→1 environment.
  • AI and agent fluency, including shipping agent-facing or AI-native product surfaces.
  • Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, with the ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, REST, Webhooks, and OAuth.
  • Experience thinking commercially about revenue, gross margin, retention, packaging, and pricing.
  • Outstanding customer-facing communication, discovery, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong product judgment for both strategic prioritization and tactical scope decisions.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Domain experience with HRIS, payroll, or fintech platforms such as Workday, HiBob, Personio, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Netsuite, Merge, or Finch is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $149,750 to $168,500 for this full-time role.
  • Fair, unbiased compensation with equity pay and pay above in-location rates.
  • Work from anywhere with a fully remote setup.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Flexible working hours in an async work environment.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Mental health support services.
  • Stock options, learning budget, and home office/IT equipment budget.
