Description

  • Own demand signals and unit economics for Remote Build engagements, including packaging and pricing.
  • Make standard integrations fast, predictable, and fixed-fee to deploy.
  • Decide which bespoke connectors should be productized into reusable standard connectors.
  • Define and codify repeatable patterns for custom apps and agents built on Remote's APIs, MCP, and CLI.
  • Productize the managed services playbook, including reusable processes, customer-facing surfaces, and scaling tooling.
  • Own the handoff from delivery into steady-state operations for managed services.
  • Partner with Build leadership, platform product teams, GTM, and customer success to ensure engagements succeed commercially and technically.
  • Translate Build engagement learnings into actionable feedback for platform and feature teams across APIs, MCP, CLI, and the broader product.
  • Lead discovery and working sessions with customers and align cross-functional stakeholders on delivery outcomes.

Requirements

  • Senior-level product management experience with a track record on platform, API, or developer-facing products.
  • Experience launching a new product line or business from scratch in ambiguous environments.
  • AI or agent-facing product experience, with a clear point of view on how agents consume APIs differently from humans.
  • Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, with the ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, REST, Webhooks, and OAuth.
  • Ability to think commercially about revenue, gross margin, retention, and service packaging.
  • Outstanding customer-facing communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong UX sensibilities and judgment on both strategic prioritization and tactical scope.
  • Business-level English writing and speaking proficiency.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, or fintech platforms such as Workday, HiBob, Personio, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Netsuite, Merge, or Finch is a plus.
