Description

  • Monitor assigned immigration cases using case management and billing systems.
  • Provide guidance on travel needs, immigration processes, and sponsorship cases.
  • Deliver legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery for clients.
  • Own senior-level escalations and support Mobility Specialists across all work areas.
  • Assist leadership with large projects and process improvements.
  • Monitor the Mobility dashboard and help channels to meet SLA response times and maintain accurate status reporting.
  • Develop and maintain in-house immigration services to improve efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
  • Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.
  • Create training documentation and support rollout of process changes to other departments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track immigration law changes and keep internal documentation compliant.
  • Provide solution-oriented responses for complex client cases.

Requirements

  • Licensed immigration lawyer authorized to practice in Germany.
  • Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related immigration roles.
  • Strong understanding of immigration law and standard compliance processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth, scaling environment is preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities with AI fluency.
  • Ability to submit application materials in English and provide a PDF CV, with LinkedIn accepted instead of an up-to-date CV.
