Description

  • Monitor assigned cases using case management and billing systems.
  • Provide guidance on travel needs, immigration processes, and business travel or sponsorship cases.
  • Deliver legal and strategic advice on immigration compliance service delivery for clients.
  • Own senior-level escalations and support Mobility Specialists across all areas of work.
  • Assist leadership with large projects and process improvements.
  • Monitor dashboards, communication channels, and help channels to meet SLA response times and maintain accurate status reporting.
  • Build and improve in-house immigration services to increase efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
  • Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.
  • Create and update training documentation and support training rollouts for process changes.
  • Maintain internal and external relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Track immigration law changes and ensure ongoing compliance and documentation control.
  • Provide solution-based responses for complex client cases using immigration expertise.

Requirements

  • Licensed immigration lawyer authorized to practice in Germany.
  • Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or a similar immigration role.
  • In-depth understanding of immigration processes and immigration compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth, scaling environment is preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities, with AI fluency.
  • Ability to apply for roles in the DACH region, as applications from DACH locations are prioritized.
  • Available to start as soon as possible.
