Description

  • Monitor assigned cases using case management and billing systems.
  • Provide guidance on travel needs, immigration processes, and business travel or sponsorship cases.
  • Deliver legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery for clients.
  • Own senior-level escalations and support Mobility Specialists across all areas of work.
  • Assist leadership with large projects.
  • Monitor the Mobility dashboard, communication channels, and help channels to maintain SLA response times and accurate status reporting.
  • Develop and improve in-house immigration services to increase revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
  • Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.
  • Contribute to training materials and rollout of process changes across departments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track immigration law changes and maintain internal documentation for ongoing compliance.
  • Apply immigration expertise to complex client cases and provide solution-based responses.

Requirements

  • Licensed immigration lawyer authorized to practice in Germany.
  • Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or a similar immigration role.
  • Strong understanding of immigration processes and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth/scaling environment is ideal.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities, with AI fluency.
  • Willingness to submit application and CV in English.
