Description

  • Monitor assigned cases using case management and billing systems.
  • Provide guidance on travel needs, immigration processes, business travel, and sponsorship cases.
  • Deliver legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery to clients.
  • Own senior-level escalations and support Mobility Specialists across all areas of work.
  • Assist leadership with managing large projects.
  • Monitor the Mobility dashboard and communication channels to maintain SLA response times and accurate status reporting.
  • Develop and improve in-house immigration services to increase efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
  • Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.
  • Create training documentation and support training rollouts for process changes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Track immigration law changes and maintain internal documentation to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Apply immigration expertise to provide solution-based responses on complex client cases.

Requirements

  • Licensed immigration lawyer authorized to practice in Germany.
  • Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or immigration-related roles.
  • Deep understanding of immigration processes and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth, scaling environment is preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities, with AI fluency.
  • Willingness to submit application materials in English.
  • Ability to start as soon as possible.
  • Prior employment verification check required.
  • Experience with immigration law in a client-facing or service delivery context is beneficial.
