Description

  • Define the outbound strategy for the Sales Development organization in APAC.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Sales Development team and its managers.
  • Coach and mentor SDRs and junior leaders to improve performance and career growth.
  • Develop and implement programs that increase SDR effectiveness and outbound results.
  • Partner with regional Sales Leaders and Sales Development Leadership to improve pipeline quality and quantity.
  • Work with Growth, Revenue Operations, and Enablement on lead acquisition, process improvements, and training materials.
  • Track and report on individual and team metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Manage direct report performance and support performance management across sub-teams as needed.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop SDR and leadership talent.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

  • Second-line leadership experience with a focus on prospecting in the APAC region.
  • Proven success driving pipeline generation through outbound channels.
  • Strong sales acumen; closing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
  • Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring SDR and leadership talent.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, especially in Sales and Growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate them into strategies to improve SDR performance.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
