Description

  • Lead the execution of GTM analytics and translate commercial goals into governed data models.
  • Own GTM health metrics across outbound funnel efficiency, account management, win rates, sales cycles, churn propensity, and revenue pacing.
  • Drive annual and quarterly GTM planning, including target setting, territory definition, and capacity modeling.
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, and Marketing Analytics to deliver a full-funnel view from marketing spend to closed-won revenue.
  • Build, maintain, and oversee predictive forecasting models for sales attainment and revenue forecasting.
  • Establish and maintain data governance and data integrity across sales and account management reporting.
  • Develop and oversee executive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into sales productivity and GTM efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a team of GTM analysts, fostering technical excellence and commercial curiosity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales and RevOps leadership by translating complex data into executive-ready insights.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
  • Experience leading teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in GTM planning, including capacity modeling, quota setting, and headcount planning.
  • High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt for scalable, governed data models.
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for modeling.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce and BI tools such as Sigma or Tableau.
  • Experience leveraging AI tooling, such as LLMs, to automate GTM workflows, lead routing, or sales intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of SDR/BDR motions, partner ecosystems, and the AE/AM lifecycle.
  • Strong grasp of statistical concepts such as regression and trend analysis applied to sales velocity and forecasting.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English.
  • Experience with automation and AI fluency is required.
  • Able to work remotely from EMEA or U.S. East Coast time zones.
