Description

  • Manage complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
  • Advise clients on terminations, resignations, transfers, contracts, and redundancy processes in line with local laws and best practices.
  • Lead client and employee meetings for consultations, hearings, negotiations, and termination outcomes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions, to support compliant offboarding.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and related documents while maintaining accurate, confidential employee records.
  • Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS and coordinate with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Provide first-level employee relations support by assessing workplace concerns and guiding clients on next steps.
  • Track and monitor employee relations cases and coordinate follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members and act as an informal escalation point for offboarding and employee relations issues.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and product enhancements to improve customer and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR advice on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
  • Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level advanced written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously across various tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, international environment with flexible hours as needed.
  • Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law are a plus.
