Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value proposition to prospects and learn about their needs to assess fit.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects until hand-off to the sales team.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated from a variety of outside sources.
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools; HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus are a plus.
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening skills and a positive phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Ability to stay positive when facing criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-starter mindset, and proactive approach with new ideas.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Remote work experience is not required but is considered a plus.
