Description

  • Act as a subject matter expert for the assigned country payroll operations.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
  • Process end-to-end payroll, including statutory filings, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality across payroll processes.
  • Prepare payroll journals and reconciliations.
  • Track and improve performance against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Implement and refine payroll processes and workflows.
  • Mentor and support payroll specialists.
  • Back up regional managers during absences.

Requirements

  • Experience with end-to-end payroll processing in-house or through a payroll service provider.
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Suite.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international, asynchronous work environment.
  • A proactive mindset focused on productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Remote work experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to submit an application and CV in English.
