Description

  • Strategize, draft, and negotiate complex partnership agreements, including embedded services, channel/reseller agreements, and referral programs.
  • Lead the structuring and negotiation of strategic embedded and channel partnerships.
  • Partner with Partnerships, Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to align agreements with business objectives and manage legal and operational risk.
  • Support EMEA sales by reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements alongside regional counsel when bandwidth permits.
  • Develop and improve templates, playbooks, processes, and knowledge resources for partnership deals.
  • Provide legal training and guidance to Partnership and other GTM stakeholders on complex commercial issues.
  • Resolve negotiation issues with a solutions-focused approach and minimize unnecessary escalation.

Requirements

  • Experience with partnership, embedded, reseller, and channel agreements is required.
  • Expertise supporting commercial transactions, particularly enterprise SaaS agreements and global sales support.
  • Solid commercial drafting skills for clear, precise, and enforceable agreements.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to develop creative, practical solutions.
  • Strong commercial instincts and strategic thinking, with comfort letting go of immaterial points to keep deals moving.
  • Strong working knowledge of data protection laws, especially GDPR.
  • Prior background in U.S. data protection laws is a plus.
  • Prior HR tech industry experience or familiarity with bespoke HR services agreements is beneficial, though not required.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and remain responsive and adaptable under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and maintaining trusted stakeholder relationships.
