Description

  • Act as the primary legal advisor to EMEA sales teams on Terms of Service negotiation, contract redlining, and commercial agreement reviews.
  • Provide legal support to AMER sales teams as needed.
  • Draft and negotiate partnership agreements and channel/reseller agreements.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams on commercial deals.
  • Develop and improve templates, playbooks, processes, and knowledge resources for commercial transactions.
  • Provide legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders, especially sales teams.
  • Resolve negotiation issues with a solutions-focused approach and minimize unnecessary escalation.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in commercial transactions, including enterprise SaaS agreements, Terms of Service negotiations, and sales contract reviews.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in EMEA is highly valued.
  • Partnership and channel/reseller agreement experience is a strong plus.
  • Prior HR Tech experience or familiarity with bespoke HR services agreements is beneficial.
  • Strong commercial drafting skills with the ability to create clear, precise, and enforceable agreements.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop practical solutions for complex commercial issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of data protection laws, especially GDPR; U.S. data protection law experience is a plus.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and remain responsive under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
