Description

  • Act as the primary legal advisor to EMEA sales teams on terms, redlines, and commercial agreement reviews.
  • Provide additional legal support to AMER sales teams as needed.
  • Draft and negotiate partnership, channel, and reseller agreements.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams on commercial contracts.
  • Develop and improve templates, playbooks, processes, and other legal knowledge resources.
  • Provide legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders, especially sales teams.
  • Resolve commercial issues efficiently and minimize unnecessary escalation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting commercial transactions, including enterprise SaaS agreements, Terms of Service negotiations, and sales contract reviews.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in EMEA is highly valued.
  • Partnership and channel/reseller agreement experience is a strong plus.
  • HR tech industry experience or familiarity with bespoke HR services agreements is beneficial.
  • Strong commercial drafting skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to develop practical solutions for complex issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of data protection laws, especially GDPR; U.S. data protection experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with go-to-market stakeholders while maintaining independent legal judgment.
  • Demonstrated strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
