Description

  • Develop personalized legal strategies for each client based on their circumstances.
  • Review application packets, declarations, and motions for a range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, consular processing, T-visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers.
  • Grade and provide feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to support accurate and timely work.
  • Conduct initial case reviews to identify legal issues and prepare matters for representation.
  • Represent clients in Adjustment of Status interviews before USCIS.
  • Serve as Attorney of the Day and provide legal guidance to the team.
  • Attend operational meetings and participate in consultation day events.
  • Work closely with paralegals, support staff, and community partners to deliver legal services.

Requirements

  • Active U.S. Bar license.
  • 2+ years of attorney experience reviewing complex immigration cases, including T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, and SIJS.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with native or fluent proficiency.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and immigration case management systems such as Camplegal.
  • Strong growth-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work 45 to 50 hours per week.
