Description

  • Own the planning, implementation, and service delivery for the Lifecycle Time & Attendance team.
  • Guide, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing team.
  • Foster a positive, innovative team culture in a remote, asynchronous environment.
  • Lead performance management, including bi-annual evaluations and goal alignment.
  • Drive recruitment, training, mentoring, and supervision of regional team members.
  • Serve as the final escalation point for high-risk Time & Attendance cases and complex wage-hour disputes.
  • Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Employee Relations to improve T&A processes, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Optimize team workflows and tools, including identifying opportunities for automation and scale.
  • Ensure compliant Time & Attendance service delivery while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
  • Handle sensitive employee data and investigations with discretion and strong data integrity.
  • Champion responsible adoption of AI-assisted tools, including pilots, guardrails, and team enablement.

Requirements

  • Hands-on people management experience with a strong coaching mindset, leading distributed international teams.
  • Proven HR Operations experience across multiple countries.
  • Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance, wage/hour laws, policy exceptions, and disciplinary processes across jurisdictions.
  • Deep expertise in complex T&A case resolution and labor-law-related compliance, especially in APAC countries.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
  • Comfort working in a service-level environment with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools for process optimization and automation.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to safely manage employee data and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Startup experience, remote working experience, and additional languages are a plus.
