Description

  • Serve as custodian of employment terms and agreements and support complex employee lifecycle projects.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer employee lifecycle documents, including contract amendments, employment documents, letters, and forms.
  • Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and legal interpretations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions, to ensure compliance.
  • Support HR and financial audits related to local employment regulations and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Develop and update global internal documentation for Contracts Management in response to legislative changes.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries on employment matters in collaboration with lifecycle stakeholders.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development across the employee lifecycle.
  • Safely manage employee data and confidential information with discretion and adherence to protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead difficult conversations professionally and confidentially toward positive outcomes.
  • Advanced business-level written and spoken English.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for process optimization, automation, and best practices.
  • Efficiency in operations with strong attention to documentation and data integrity.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously across multiple tools and adapt to new systems.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international, remote environment with multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G Suite.
