Description

  • Prepare, review, negotiate, and track confidentiality disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, amendments, vendor contracts, and site budgets.
  • Lead communications with internal study teams across North America and Europe as applicable.
  • Lead communications with sites and sponsors regarding assigned agreements.
  • Work with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
  • Ensure agreements and contracting activities follow company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide status updates to study team members and sponsors on contract negotiations and execution.
  • Coordinate execution of agreements and related deliverables.
  • Maintain contract files and databases, including email and document archiving.
  • Support administrative tasks aligned with project timelines and expectations.
  • Mentor and serve as an ambassador for new Contract and Budget Associates and PFM staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience in a clinical research or similar industry setting.
  • 3 years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to clinical research.
  • Experience managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process.
  • Experience in contract research, life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Experience interacting with European institutions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience tracking site contract and budget status, filing, and distribution.
  • Ability to execute time-sensitive work accurately and independently or with limited supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software programs and other computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a virtual environment.
