Description

  • Serve as custodian of employment terms and agreements and support complex contract management projects.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer employee lifecycle documents, including amendments, employment documents, letters, and forms.
  • Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and interpret employment agreements in basic and complex cases.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions to ensure compliance.
  • Support HR and financial audits related to local employment regulations across multiple countries.
  • Develop, maintain, and update global internal documentation for Contracts Management in response to legislative changes.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries on employment matters in collaboration with Lifecycle stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and product enhancements to improve employee and customer experience.
  • Safely manage employee data and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead difficult conversations professionally and confidentially toward positive outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level.
  • Additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Aptitude and enthusiasm for process innovation, optimization, and automation.
  • Strong operational discipline with attention to documentation and data integrity.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously across tools and evolving systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international, remote environment with multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G Suite.
