Description

  • Serve as custodian of employment terms and agreements and support complex employee lifecycle projects.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer employee lifecycle documents, including amendments, letters, and employment forms.
  • Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and contract-related interpretations across jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions to ensure compliance.
  • Support HR and financial audits and assist on initiatives affecting employees across multiple countries.
  • Develop and update global internal documentation for Contracts Management based on legislative changes.
  • Respond to internal and external employment-related inquiries in collaboration with lifecycle stakeholders.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, and product or customer experience enhancements.
  • Safely manage employee data and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead difficult conversations professionally and confidentially to positive outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level.
  • Additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Aptitude and enthusiasm for process optimization and automation.
  • Efficiency in operations with strong attention to documentation and data integrity.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously using tools and adapt to evolving systems.
  • Experience with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in an international, fast-paced, remote environment with multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
