Description

  • Lead paid acquisition strategy for high-value target accounts across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC.
  • Build and manage Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) audiences in the ABM platform, including exclusion lists for existing customers, prospects, and competitors.
  • Use ABM intent data to trigger personalized ad experiences across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
  • Implement and manage HubSpot Smart Form Fills to enrich lead data and improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute search and social paid media strategies using first-, second-, and third-party audience data.
  • Run daily and weekly pacing audits, quarterly performance health checks, and ongoing A/B tests for ads and creative.
  • Manage LinkedIn segment syncs and optimize Google Ads using first-party contact integration.
  • Oversee Gartner Digital Markets listings and review collection campaigns to improve awareness and conversion.
  • Align paid strategies with Sales by supporting account-specific landing pages and coordinated outreach.
  • Partner with Analytics and Lifecycle teams on measurement plans and nurture sequences across the funnel.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing.
  • Experience managing $3M+ annual budgets across paid search and social.
  • Advanced knowledge of Clay, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong expertise in UTM architecture and conversion tracking installation.
  • Data-driven decision-making experience with performance marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working across multiple regions or global markets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms and intent-based targeting is preferred.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating with sales and lifecycle marketing teams is preferred.
  • Ability to submit an application and CV in English.
