Description

  • Serve as the primary client contact for all advertising-related communication.
  • Lead monthly strategy meetings and provide weekly performance summaries with actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and execute advertising strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor Marketing Analysts, including coaching on data analysis, bid optimization, and testing frameworks.
  • Develop training systems, SOPs, and QA processes to support consistent team performance.
  • Partner with Seller Operations Managers, Copywriters, and Designers to align advertising with listing optimization, pricing, and creative updates.
  • Co-lead monthly joint planning sessions and build quarterly growth plans for each account with Seller Operations.
  • Define tactical initiatives to achieve sales and TACoS goals and drive continuous campaign optimization.
  • Establish frameworks for A/B testing and keyword ranking initiatives.
  • Use Amazon advertising and keyword tracking tools to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Amazon PPC experience or equivalent paid media/Google Ads background with strong analytical skills.
  • 4+ years of total media buying experience, including at least 2 years focused on Amazon Advertising.
  • Experience managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns; DSP and AMC familiarity is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Proven client-facing experience in advertising or performance marketing with the ability to lead strategic discussions and build trusted relationships.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team of analysts and scaling team performance.
  • Exposure to multiple product categories and success managing diverse brands and budgets, including portfolios of $100K–$200K monthly.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon advertising mechanics, ranking strategies, and the relationship between advertising, pricing, listings, and operations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Perpetua, XNurta, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Adaptable, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
