Description

  • Lead paid advertising strategy and performance marketing for key enterprise accounts to achieve client goals.
  • Own execution, performance, and growth for the paid advertising service within the assigned book of business.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client accounts and resolve roadblocks, difficult conversations, and account issues.
  • Apply advanced cross-channel expertise in attribution, incrementality, and measurement to improve client outcomes.
  • Oversee campaign execution and quality assurance to prevent errors and protect revenue.
  • Ensure accurate budget pacing and advise clients and internal teams on budget changes.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders through strategic and performance discussions.
  • Mentor, coach, and train team members to elevate capability and address knowledge gaps.
  • Conduct training on platforms, tools, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate on new business pitches, account audits, and strategic recommendations.
  • Leverage AI technologies to improve workflows, insights, and performance.
  • Support leadership in owning and improving a core pillar of the department’s business.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in an agency setting.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development on enterprise-level accounts.
  • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more additional campaign types such as Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta direct response campaigns.
  • Lead generation and B2B experience.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid advertising across the marketing funnel.
  • Strong ability to interpret marketing data and turn it into meaningful insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Confident in client-facing presentations and communication.
  • Advanced spoken and written English skills are required.
  • Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Pinterest Ads is a plus.
